There are two ways for patients to access case information at Canaray:

• Open your referral email or after-clinic email from Canaray and click the green button. The same process that you followed to book your appointment will also give you access to your data after your appointment is over.
• If you have your printed invoice/receipt from Calgary (or from all clinics prior to 2022), you can look for a secret patient access code at the bottom of that invoice. Enter the access code below to access your data.
